The L-4 Grasshopper is a beautiful semi-scale recreation of the legendary liaison aircraft, brought to life with a 2.28m (90″) wingspan and rugged construction. Built from balsa and plywood for durability with light flying weight, this ARTF model is designed for intermediate to advanced pilots looking for relaxing, stable flight and vintage styling.
Factory-covered and quick to assemble, it features a detailed cockpit, scale pilot figure, sprung landing gear, side door, and LED-ready lighting. Designed around a 20cc petrol engine or electric conversion, it offers smooth handling, wide flight envelope, and gentle stall characteristics. Whether you’re into calm circuits or scale realism, the L-4 delivers charm and capability in equal measure.
